Adpulsum is an innovative and passion-fuelled charity consultancy led by me, Ian Sansbury - an experienced charity leader, strategist, and impact, fundraising and finance professional. I am a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Fundraising and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). I also have degrees in Marketing and History, and a deep love of writing — whether it’s crafting a fundraising application, developing a strategy paper, or working on the historical novel that's itching to get out of my head. 

I have extensive experience in strategy and impact-led transformation within small and medium-sized charities, particularly in the mental health, education, and community development sectors. I have a particular passion for nature- and activity-based approaches to health and wellbeing but I am very confident that the approaches and models that I've honed over the years can help any charity in any sector to prosper and thrive.
